Introduction

UpRaise Assistant is your personal workplace companion inside the People Cloud app. Instead of jumping between tools or asking HR for every small detail, you can simply talk to the assistant and quickly get the information you need, right where you already work.

With UpRaise Assistant, you can:

  • Check your current leave balance

  • See leave requests waiting for your approval (if you’re a manager)

  • View upcoming company holidays

  • Find out who is on leave today or next week

  • Look ahead to upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries

  • Access your pending forms

  • You can access your OKR views

The assistant responds in a friendly, clear, and concise way, using simple, easy‑to‑scan lists instead of long paragraphs or technical jargon. It focuses on showing you only what’s relevant, handles “no data” cases gracefully (e.g. no holidays, no pending approvals), and avoids guessing or showing anything that might be inaccurate.

Every answer also gently guides you to a sensible next step. For example, after showing your leave balance, it can help you check upcoming holidays or see who’s already on leave, so you can make quick, informed decisions without leaving your workflow.

By acting as an always-available support partner, UpRaise Assistant reduces time spent searching for information, improves adoption of UpRaise features, and enables teams to make better, data-informed decisions in their day-to-day work.

How to search UpRaise Assistant

  • Click on Ask Rovo button at the top

  • Click on the Menu icon

  • Click on View all agents

  • Search for UpRaise Assistant
