Current progress chart for company objectives

Progress chart at the company level shows you the progress of each company level objective.  Mouse over on progress bar to see details of the objective. You can also filter objective with different statuses.

Current progress chart for team objectives

When you are looking at current progress of team level objectives, you can select one or more teams to get the current progress charts for team level OKRs in selected objective cycle. If needed you can select objective status/es. On mouse over you can see more details on the objective.

When you have selected individual objective level, you can select one or more user name/s to get the current progress charts for individual level OKRs in selected objective cycle. If needed you can select objective status/es. On mouse over you can see more details on the objective.

• Number of weeks and the latest progress updates on the graph are varied depending on the following situations - 

  • The first week on the progress chart is added as per the oldest start date on an of an objective.

  • The latest week on the chart is shown in the progress chart according to the nearest due date of the objective. 

    • If there are a few objectives on the chart those are in closed, carried forward, abandoned status then farthest due date among them is considered as for the latest week on the chart. This is because due of objectives in these statuses are in past. 

    • If objectives are only in ready, in progress, scheduled statuses, then the current date is considered to add the latest week on the chart. This is because objectives in the mentioned statuses will have their due dates in future. 

As the name suggests, this view is useful for month over month progress charts. You can pull these charts for all levels of objectives for any given objective cycle. Select relevant level of OKR & apply relevant filters to get chart with specific details.

• Number of quarters and the latest progress updates on the graph are varied depending on the following situations - 

  • If you have selected a quarterly objective cycle, system shows charts based on that quarter’s OKR progress for selected level. Similarly if its a semi annual cycle or annual cycle then the number of quarter will be 2 & 4 respectively.

  • Start date of the quarter is the first day of the month or start date of objective cycle whichever is later.

  • End date of quarter is last day of month or end date of objective cycle whichever is earlier.
