Please note that this tab is available only for the Cloud apps. In case of Data center Jira, UpRaise apps receive this information directly from Jira REST APIs. |
Since there are some to limitations of Jira rest APIs in the Cloud, that is why UpRaise apps cannot sync the date/time formats configured in Jira here. Jira look & feel section.
To tackle this situation, configure these settings to show date/time in the preferred format in UpRaise, till we can automatically pull these setting from Jira.
the same settings within the UpRaise app once under the Date/Time settings tab available to UpRaise admins/super-admins.
