Date & time settings

Please note that this tab is available only for the Cloud apps. In case of Data center Jira, UpRaise apps receive this information directly from Jira REST APIs.

Since there are some limitations of Jira rest APIs in the Cloud, UpRaise apps cannot sync the date/time formats configured in Jira look & feel section.

To tackle this situation, configure the same settings within the UpRaise app once under the Date/Time settings tab available to UpRaise admins/super-admins.
