• A user with the 'Manage All Dashboard' permission could delete an unconfigured gadget from a shared dashboard, now fixed.

• The system faced an issue when users tried to create a new objective through the "Add Alignment" pop-up, defaulting to standard weightage instead of the specified input. This was impacting the accuracy of objective alignment, now fixed.

• Team filter was getting cleared automatically on clearing level filter

• Enhanced the KR details page, now it displays the KRs aligned KRs list

  • With this change, aligned KRs (using progress calculation configurations) are displayed on the parent KR’s details page

• Now leaves can be auto-rejected if not approved

  • In the Leave type configuration, we have added an option to decide whether the leave request should be auto-rejected if not approved 1 day before leave start date

• Children KRs are now considered for Confidence score calculations

  • The confidence score calculation now considers children's KRs. Parent KR scores are based on aligned children KRs with eligible confidence status. Manual updates are possible only if not a single KR among all aligned KRs has eligible confidence status (all except not available/not applicable).

• Help Text field added to Create/Edit custom field for OKRs

  • Information in the Help Text field will be displayed as help text for all the custom fields.

• Enhanced objective grading by making saved grades visible to all relevant stakeholders

  • All objective grading remarks are transparently accessible to all stakeholders within the objectives and Key Results (KRs). Within the Grade tab of the objective details page, user-specific grades are displayed in line.

  • With this change, you can also bring user-level charts to the gadget. Earlier we only supported it for teams.

• Now users can edit/delete UpRaise custom dashboards dashboard

  • UpRaise dashboard management was previously restricted to owners only, causing issues when creators left. An enhancement now enables user permissions for editing, improving overall dashboard management efficiency.

• The Excel export output for forms has been now enhanced.

  • After a 360-degree review, the Excel export file output for all forms has been improved. The enhanced version of the Excel report offers improved insights and easier data management.

  • The newly launched two-dimensional gadget is now available to offer you a variety of statistical insights for OKRs. An illustrative example can be observed in the image below, demonstrating the breakdown of Objectives based on various confidence statuses grouped by teams.

• Wrong leave date was synced in Google Calendar

  • In cases where the user's timezone is set to -UTC, Google Calendar exhibits an error by showing the incorrect leave date. This discrepancy resulted in displaying a leave day that precedes the actual applied leave date. Now this issue is fixed.

• KR sequence on Browse OKR page was not same as the sequence set on objective details page

  • KRs on the Browse OKR page listing were displayed randomly instead of following the sequence set on the objective details page. This issue has been successfully resolved.
