default profile attributes

  • Once the user is created, only admin/s can
change/
  • edit user attributes anytime. 
  • Navigate to company directory >> users tab.
  • In users tab, click on edit option in the relevant user row (whose details needs to be changed).

  • Change required user attributes like first name, last name, user role, designation, manager, teams. 
  • Click on update.

You can also edit these default profile attribute from the user's profile.

  • Email of the user cannot be edited once added for the first time.

  • Users will receive an email notification about changes in their profile attributes.


Edit custom profile attributes

Click on user's name to navigate to relevant user's profile, click on edit icon of relevant profile attribute, make necessary changes and save it. If allowed, custom profile attributes can also be edited by users themselves & their direct or indirect managers too. Read How to add new profile attribute?
