 As the super admin/s have the 'god like view' in the system, they are now given an ability to modify sharing or delete feedback received by any Employee Success user.

How to modify shared with list of the feedback?

  • Navigate to - (super admins will be able to modify shared with list of feedback from following pages of Employee Success)
    • 'My feedback page >> shared tab' to modify sharing of another user's feedback OR 
    • 'My feedback page >> received tab' to modify sharing of own feedback.
    • User profile >> Continuous feedback tab
    • Issue detail page >> Feedback section in Employee Success panel. 
  • Click on the + icon just below the list of current shared with users/teams of the feedback message.



  • Clicking on this icon would open pop-up that allows to add team/s or user/s in the shared with list.



  • Super admin will have an option to modify share with list to 'all users, selected team/s & user/s or None' no matter whatever the initial setting was.
  • Super admin can add or remove users/teams in the share with list those were added initially.
  • Super admin cannot modify feedback message, tags & labels. Only sharing.


  • A 'system' comment will be marked on the feedback as shown in the image below.



  • This comment cannot be edited or deleted by anyone.

How to delete feedback received by any Employee Success user?

  • Navigate to - (super admins will be able to delete feedback from following pages of Employee Success)
    • 'My feedback page >> shared tab' to delete another user's feedback (super admin view should be true to see all feedback) OR 
    • 'My feedback page >> received tab' to delete own feedback.
    • User profile >> Continuous feedback tab
    • Issue detail page >> Feedback section in Employee Success panel. 
  • Click on the x icon at right side corner of the feedback message.



  • Click on delete to confirm the action. This action will delete the feedback permanently from Employee Success, including all of its comments.
