For Jira issue as KR, JQL, or Jira issue as KR actions, progress % / other Jira issue updates (Summary, Status, Assignee, Description) will be prevented/stopped if the corresponding objective is Closed, Abandoned, Carried forward, or Archived.

Fixed some UI issues on 'Filter key results strictly' that were introduced in the last release.
