You can enable or disable Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal app from the manage apps page. Disabling the add-on makes its features unavailable in Jira service desk, but it doesn't actually remove the app. Disabling the add-on is sometimes useful for troubleshooting Jira problems. If Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal app is disabled, it can be re-enabled later.

Disable the app

  1. As a user with Jira administrative privileges, click on apps >> manage apps link in the administration menu. 

  2. Find Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal app in the user-installed apps list by searching or browsing to the add-on.

  3. Click disable.

  4. If prompted, restart your application to have your change take effect. Once Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal is disabled, its features are immediately unavailable in Jira service desk projects. If existing artifacts use the apps, you may see an error message. For example, if you disable Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal when its gadgets are added to the Jira dashboard, corresponding section will display an error.

Enable the app

To enable Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal app on your Jira service desk :

  1. As a user with administrative privileges, click on apps >> manage apps link in the administration menu.

  2. Find Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal app in the user-installed app list by searching or browsing the app.

  3. Click the Enable button.
