You should have Jira admin rights to install UpRaise app.

Jira apps can be installed in different ways.

  • From Atlassian Marketplace

  • From your Jira settings >> Apps >> Find new apps section

From Atlassian Marketplace

  • Navigate to UpRaise Atlassian Marketplace Profile

  • Click on 'Buy it now/Try it free' option.

  • You will be directed to ttps://my.atlassian.com

  • Use your existing ID/Password to log in or create a new account

  • You can now start free 30days trial or directly purchase the license

  • Once the install is completed, app will now be available for download, and an active license key will be available to add.

From Jira settings

  • As Jira admin, go to 'Fine new apps'

  • Search for ‘UpRaise’

  • Select the right UpRaise app (Employee Success/Employee Garrison/People).

  • Click on 'Try it free'

  • This will bring you a free trial license for 30 days

  • No labels
