Background
This article is only applicable to the cloud version of ARN app.
For server & data center versions, date format is available from the Jira APIs. But that is not possible for the cloud version of Jira. Thus user input is needed to store date format.
How to
As a Jira admin, navigate to 'Configurations' page for Automated Release Notes under manage apps & open the tab 'Date format'.
