🎁 Enhancements

• Once the bulk user update is started, system now shows up the progress bar so UpRaise admin can see the ongoing progress status.

• Once updates are completed, it shows a quick report on the records that were completed and failed.

🐞 Bug fixes

• While adding or editing user profile attribute of type Single Select, it was not possible to clear the value, it is fixed now.

  • Clear value option provided for Single select type attributes in bulk users function

• In earlier releases, list of profile attributes on bulk user updates was not categorized as per profile attribute sections, now fixed.

• 1st part of OKR trend reports is now Live!

  • This feature now allows you to compare a maximum of three objective cycles to understand OKR trends from the below perspectives -

    • OKRs created across the organization

    • The average number of KRs per objective

  • Now UpRaise admins can do bulk user updates.

  • A three-step process is added to bulk update default and custom user profile attributes

🐞 Bug fixes

• The wrong timestamp of form distributed action was being recorded in form history for new user, fixed.

• Super admin / logged-in user was not prepopulating by default in HR field when new user was added midway, now fixed.

• We are wrapping KR titles on objective details page and under alignments now.

• In the shared with users section in Forms, now clicking on Show More displays a pop-up of all users with whom the form is shared, earlier it was expanded on the page itself.

• Users with No Access role are shown in a dropdown, earlier it displayed only 'No option' text.

• In UpRaise custom reports, sections are sorted in the order they are added. Recently/latest added section will be displayed at the top.

• Pie chart was not available for date-type attributes in custom reports

• Blank page was being displayed in custom reports for inactive profile attributes

• In the French language app, while editing the custom report, users dropdown was shown in English

• A timeout error was occurring while trying to import 500 users through Excel, fixed

• Documents attached in Objectives were being downloaded in 0kb, fixed

• Admin was allowed to change Super admin's role through bulk edit user action, now restricted

• In bulk edit user action, even deleted user was being assigned as manager, now restricted.

• Edit bulk user option was not displayed properly for non-English app language

• Sync and import action was available for user role as well, now fixed as it should be available only for admin users

• Ability to update OKR weights in bulk & change OKR weight scale to '0 to 100'

  • Instead of just 0-10 now weights are possible from 0-100

  • One can update weights of multiple KRs and alignments in one place

• Clicking on JQL as KR link from hierarchy was not directed to the correct Jira issue listing, fixed

• When only max value is mentioned, it was showing all results in the filter for numeric attributes on OKR views and users filter, now fixed

• Rename actions & UI changes on distribution listing, view responses and view form pages. This brings a better user experience and under friendly look and feel.

  • Open form action renamed to Start accepting inputs

  • Close form action renamed to Stop accepting inputs

  • Similar actions in the action menu are reordered and re-grouped

  • Actions UI changed in the distribution view page

• Bulk import users option in distribution through Excel file upload

  • Now along with manually adding users, you can import users via excel files in the distribution

  • Read Bulk importing users to a distribution via Excel upload

• Handled the impact of bulk weightage enhancement feature that was released in one of the recent releases.

  • At few places like glance view and grading page, weightage display is now displayed as per the weightage set up done by users

  • Weightage is now not clickable

🐞 Bug fixes

• Shared comments were being shown repeatedly in OKR views if Latest comment column is added to the OKR view, now fixed

• Browse OKR page was taking time to load when latest comments column was present in OKR view, now fixed

• Unknown error while modifying the filters in a user segment is now fixed

• Super admin was not able to view received feedback on receiver's profile if it is shared with only receiver, now fixed

• User’s entry count was being displayed incorrectly when users were imported through an Excel file, now fixed

• Export actions from different UpRaise modules were not working, fixed

• When tried to enter decimal value in weightage, invalid input error message was thrown, now fixed

• Support for 3-dimensional charts based on user profile attributes.

  • Now you can create custom reports that are grouped by profile attributes

• Number-type profile attributes can be used in custom reports

• Value in Stacking Field was not being retained on the edit report, now fixed

• Value in Group by fields was not being removed, now fixed

• UI issues fixed in 3-dimensional reports

• Unknown error for user picker field in 3-dimensional charts is fixed

• Proper validation message was not displayed when no value selected in profile attribute dropdown, now fixed

• Updating 3-dimensional bar chart into 2-dimensional bar chart was not working, now fixed

• If no data is available for the selected attribute then NA bars are generated with users count, earlier it was showing negative numbers

🎁 Enhancements

• Now it is possible to add users to the distribution midway.

  • This function is available for all other form templates except 360 review form. We will add it in future releases.

  • This option will be available only when the distribution is open (Distributed status). Once the distribution is closed, add user button will not show up on the screen.

  • Users who have access to create a distribution will be able to add users to a distribution

• As a second part of OKR Roadmap view we have added below enhancements -

  • Users can see linked KRs & objectives of the nested objectives.

  • Users will also be able to customize the timeline view as per their needs.

• In segment creation, now we support custom profile attributes

• On Users tab of the Company directory page, User filter role was not showing results properly, fixed

• UI changes in Create segment pop-up

• The progress calculation of parent KR was not visible on timeline of Roadmap View, fixed

• Add user midway of distribution was not working for One one one type of self and manager review template

• The container for progress calculation on Roadmap View when progress calculation is selected as Jira Issues now displays proper JQL. It was blank.

• Segment filters were not updated when any attribute is made inactive/deleted, fixed

• Issues related to adding user functions in the distribution are fixed

• Import objective field was being skipped for new users when added midway to the distribution, fixed

🎁 Enhancements

• Ability to create and manage user segments in Company directory

  • Like OKRs view, this feature allows you to create and save company directory filters called as 'Segments'

  • Below are some use cases of using segments for -

    • Sending onboarding forms to users who have a joining date = “Today”

    • Sending quarterly review forms to users who have the designation = “Manager”

    • Sharing holiday scheme with users who have location = “Mumbai“

  • This will help you to manage users in a better way.

  • This is the first step towards having more automated processes for Company directory

• In the ‘Latest comments’ column on OKR views, you can now see latest comments from Jira issues added as KRs and KR actions

🐞 Bug fixes

• Exact matches & closest matches on Team name search was not showing up correctly, fixed

• Closed OKRs were shown Active on user profile. fixed

• The user fields were not searchable on typing the name or by copy pasting the user’s name on add/edit objective pop-up

• The columns position were not getting updated in results after moving up/down, fixed

• Reset button was not available for create segmemnt’s columns tab

• In the Segmements dropdown, newly created segment was not listed, now fixed

• The Visibility section was showing up the Details page of shared segments, now it is removed

• Heading of the View details changed to Segment details for the details pop-up

• On Create set=gemnet pop-up incorrect data was shown for filters, now fixed

• Deleted user attribute related column was visible in in segments until it’s first edit after deleting the attribute, now fixed

🎁 Enhancements

• OKR custom field now can be set as Inactive only if it is associated with any OKRs. Else only Delete option will be available.

  • This change will stop users from making custom fields inactive if they are not in use so having too many unused custom fields impacts the performance.

• Introduced ‘Ready for grading’ & ‘Ready to close’ actions for objective cycle. Earlier there was only close option for objective cycles.

  • This will allow users to grade the OKRs before the due dates are reached. This was quite demanded option from our customers

• Other Key results dropdown on create/edit KR pop-up was taking much time, fixed.

• Filters on OKRs view was taking some time to load, fixed

• Some German lagnauge corrections done
