Every Jira user can have access to Employee Garrison, however initially that has to be provided by Employee Garrison admin/super admin. At the moment, each user can have following attributes - Name & Profile Pic (populated from JIRA profile), user role, designation, manager, teams. New user can be created only by Employee Garrison admins/super admins. Let us see how admins can provide Employee Garrison access to Jira users.
- Click on company directory option from left/top navigation.
- Click on add user option.
- In name field, search for the user with his/her Jira username.
- Select Employee Garrison role (noaccess, user, admin, super admin)
- Name & role are the mandatory fields at initial step, if you want, you can edit rest of the fields or leave them blank and click on create option.
- Once the new user is added, user will receive an email notification along with a link to Employee Garrison.
- Once a new user is added, you can update user attributes later anytime from company directory.
