Enriched Profiles (“Service”) is a Jira Service Desk addon developed and maintained by Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains the collection and use of information and data across the Service. Henceforth in this agreement, Enriched Profiles & Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd refer to the same business entity.
Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd respects your right to privacy. All information collected by Enriched Profiles is used to improve the experience and quality of the Service.
Privacy Policy
User Information
When you install Enriched Profiles on your cloud Jira Service Desk, we receive information such as name, e-mail address of the billing & technical contacts from the Atlassian Marketplace vendor reports. This information is used to proactively reach out during evaluation & help ensure maximum output during this period.
We collect only the e-mail address, user's name & company information available from Atlassian marketplace vendor reports. This information is used solely for identification inside the Service and email communication to and from the Service between you and the support staff of the site you are using.
Cookies
The cloud version of Enriched Profiles does not make use of browser cookies.
Data Storage
Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Enriched Profiles. Although Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Enriched Profiles application, you retain all rights to your data.
Enriched Profiles database does not store any sensitive data such as your customer's email addresses or their enriched profiles. In fact, the only information it stores relates to identifying your host application (Jira). Apart from that none of your data is stored. Enriched profiles are built using 3rd party APIs (read Security section below).
Add-on Permissions
Enriched Profiles requires administrative permissions on your Jira instance. This permission is required in order to store project level permissions. Apart from that, none of the actions in Enriched Profiles make use of the admin permissions on your Jira or Jira Service Desk instances.
Security
Enriched Profiles is hosted at Clever Cloud (Clever Cloud Website), a world-class hosting provider. For more information on their servers and security, please see Clever Cloud documentation.
Currently we use Clearbit (Clearbit Website) to build enriched profiles for JSD issue reporters and their organisations. At no point in time, this data is stored in our system. Enriched data is requested, retrieved & displayed in real time.
All of your data is transmitted over HTTPS. Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd has a strict policy in place to limit the production database access as well as access to Clearbit logs. It is possible to access production database only when requested by a customer/prospect who is evaluating. Clearbit logs are only accessed to debug issues & improve performance of the service.
Disclosure
Enriched Profiles may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas when a user’s actions may violate the Terms of Service.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes to this policy will be sent out to the account owners’ registered email address.
