Creating an Individual Objective

Individual objectives can be added by multiple people based on how the permissions are set. Read more about these permissions.

Navigate to Individual OKR page from top/left menu.

Irrespective of the permissions you'd see a button 'add objective' in the top right corner. Depending on the objective cycle & owner selection, while creating the individual objective permissions are validated.

Clicking on 'add objective' opens the following pop-up.

Apart from labels & description, all other parameters are mandatory while creating an individual objective.

Editing an Individual Objective

Individual objectives can be viewed from a number of places such as Company OKR, My OKR - both list & thumbnail views, Objective detail. A user with sufficient permissions can see 'Edit' action.

Deleting an Individual Objective

Individual objectives can be viewed from a number of places such as team OKR, my OKR - both list & thumbnail views, objective detail. A User with sufficient permissions can see 'delete' action.
