Background

Use this setting when you want to mark the stored data in a cache as invalid or outdated. Once you run Invalidate cache action, it ensures that the next time data is requested, it will be fetched directly from the source rather than the cache. This is particularly important when the cached data has changed or become outdated, and you want to make sure that users receive the most current information. 

Navigation

Navigate to Boards >> Click Actions facing to the board >> Click on Advanced settings >> Click on Invalidate cache >> Click on Confirm

Imapact on successful execution of this action

Once this action is successful, all the cache stored by that particular roadmap board for all their users will get invalidated. When the users refresh or navigate to any page on the given roadmap portal then the cache will be rebuilt for that user.

The logged-in user will not be logged out on invalidate cache action if the logged-in user’s session is not stored in cache. This action is effective for all the users of that particular roadmap portal board. When the cache are rebuilt, the updated project-level permissions and other changes in the user-level configurations will be reflected.
