Sync/import users from Jira

We have seen that sometimes Jira software integrations or performance issues throw a disorder in your UpRaise users data. You might see that a few users are active in Jira but UpRaise has marked them inactive/deleted & vice versa. This erroneous behavior is so painful to fix manually. In this case, sync & import feature is a convenient way to mend it quickly.
On Company directory >> Users tab, click on sync & import option.
Search & select relevant Jira groups
If you only want to sync users, simply click on sync & import option. This will synchronize users’ display names & statuses in Jira with UpRaise company directory.
Use this action to sync data only if you see some inconsistency in user data otherwise user data is automatically synced periodically.
Whereas, user importing is done only if -
You use sync & import option
Your teams are synced with Jira groups
Any Jira user accesses UpRaise link for the first time while your UpRaise access is set to All users.
