Objectives & Key results page

This page is all about OKRs and their management with app. There are 4 tabs on the page

  • Summary

  • Browse

  • Hierarchy

  • cycles

  • Manage

Manage & cycle tabs are visible only if you have permissions to OKR settings/administration. Hierarchy page could not be available if Multiple alignments are turned on.

Summary

  1. Navigate to OKRs >> Summary tab

  2. One can select different OKR views (Default/owned/shared). Read https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UD/pages/2732982303

  3. From , you can take different actions on objectives based on permissions

  4. Overall progress of OKRs from selected OKR view

  5. Number of objectives based on levels & KRs based on types

  6. Add objective button if you have permissions to add objectives

Browse

  1. Navigate to OKRs >> Browse tab

  2. Switch to list or thumbnail views of OKRs

  4. Edit OKRs views that you have created, read https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UD/pages/2732982303

  5. Delete OKRs views that you have created, read https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UD/pages/2732982303

  6. Switch to different OKR views

  7. Export OKRs, read https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UD/pages/2732949516/Export+data+from+UpRaise#Export-OKRs-data

  8. Apply different filters on selected OKR views

  9. Add new filters for selected OKR views

  10. Reset filters

    1. List of actions could be different for every users based on their OKRs permissions

Hierarchy view

  1. Navigate to OKRs >> Hierarchy tab

  2. Add new objective, this option is available only if you have sufficient permissions.

  5. Refresh the hierarchy view

  6. Company name will be displayed if that is added in settings, read Company name settings

  7. Each box is an objective node in the hierarchy

Cycles

Manage
