Forms page has three tabs. My forms, Distributions, Templates. My forms tab is available for everyone. Distributions & Templates is available for admins and users with required permissions.

My forms

On this tabs, there are three sub tabs.

  • All - This tab contains all forms visible to you as logged in users.

  • Need my inputs - This tab contains all forms those are awaiting your response.

  • Others - This tab contains forms those are shared with you and you are not a part of the review form.

By clicking on view option, one can open the form and view responses.

Distributions

This tab contains all distributions. Based on your role & permissions you will be able to view distributions. Super admins can view all distributions. Admins can view their own distributions. Users can view distributions based on the permissions they have.

On distributions tab, you can use filters search distributions. Create new distributions option is visible for Super admins & Admins. For Users, it depends on the permissions.

View Responses option take you to the form to view responses. icon contains a list of actions that you can take on distributions. Read .

Templates

This tab contains all templates. Based on your role & permissions you will be able to view distributions. Super admins can view all distributions. Admins can view default templates & all templates they have created. Users can view templates based on the permissions they have.

On this tab you have filters to search specific template/s. Create new template option is available for admins & super admins. For users, it depends on the permissions.

Distribute option is to distribute the template. To know more about actions in option read .
