View responses page

View responses page is all about details related to the distribution. Click on View reposes option on distributions page to open the distribution.

On this page there are three tabs.

• Forms

• Reports

• Details

Forms

Open

As shown in the above image, on Forms tab has the list of all forms in the distribution.

• In the top section, there is graph that shows the status of forms along with their percentage.

• Next you have a filter option to search forms.

• Then there is list of users involved in the distribution. (Above image is taken from the self and manager distribution as an example).

• View button is to open the form for an individual

• Option will allow you to take some actions on the form. Read Actions available for templates & distributions .

Reports

Based on the template associated with the distribution, relevant reports will show up here. Click on the report and system shows up report for the current distribution. For more details read Reports .

Details

This tab contains all the details of the distribution that you have filled up on distribution tab.
