View responses page for confidential review form

If you want to check responses from users on distributed or closed forms, then click on view responses button in front of the relevant distribution in distribution tab on the forms page. 

Overall distribution progress on view responses page

Once clicked on view response, UpRaise admin (one who has distributed form) and super admin can check the overall progress of the distribution. This form has three tabs:

• Forms 

• Reports

• Details

Forms

Form tab contains progress status of distribution, list of all forms distributed amongst different users with current statuses all forms. 

Starting from the top highlighted part in above image - 

1- New joinees in John's team is the distribution name.

2 - Process end date/due date of the review form.

3 - First tab forms on the view responses page.

4 - A chart that shows how much progress has been made on the entire distribution.

5 -  Filter options with different search criteria like team member, reviewer, the status of the form according to the progress made by individuals and current assignee. 

6 - Columns in this section show list of team members, reviewers, statuses of each form, list of current assignees, score achieved by reviewer after competing for the form. 

Click on this button to view an aggregated form of answers given by all reviewers. Action (...) button beside view option list downs a few quick actions like - close/open form, export to excel or print.  Refer image shown below. 

Reports

UpRaise has a feature called reports, you can view these reports on view responses page on each distribution via reports tab. Check Reports - Admin guide for more details. 

Details

Details tab shows all information about what settings were made while distributing a form.
