What is company directory?

Company directory is a place where all the users and teams are listed. UpRaise admins can set up the teams and or structure and publish it all other users. There are views like list view and thumbnail view for users. Similarly list and tree view for teams. Depending on the configurations relevant information/views are displayed to users.

Usually below two tabs are visible to uin the company directory.

• Users

• Teams

If you have sufficient permission to view other administrative tabs, some more tabs will be displayed, read more under the Company directory - Admin Guide.

If UpRaise admin or super admin publishes either user directory or user & team directory both, the non-admin user can view a separate menu item in menu bar called Company directory. This option allows you to view company directory page as shown in the below image.

From tree view, you can have a look at the entire org structure. You can zoom in & out the org chart or download a screenshot.
