Confluence Integration Privacy Policy

UpRaise for Employee Success ("UpRaise", “Service”) is a Jira app (previously addon, plugin, extension) developed and maintained by Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains the collection and use of information and data limited to service' Confluence integration. Henceforth in this agreement, UpRaise, UpRaise for Employee Success & Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd refer to the same business entity.
UpRaise respects your right to privacy. All information collected from your Confluence account by UpRaise is used to improve the experience and quality of the Service.
Similar to the two variations of Jira - on premise, data centre & on demand, UpRaise has variations of its own. But Confluence integration is only available on the on demand version.

User Information
When you connect Confluence & UpRaise on your on demand Jira - we receive information about your Confluence' billing & technical contacts. This information is used to send relevant messages to users.
This information is used solely for identification inside the Service.
Data Storage
Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run UpRaise. Although Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd owns the code, databases, and all rights to the UpRaise application, you retain all rights to your data.
UpRaise database stores your Confluence connection configurations in order to make the entire experience seamless.
Security
UpRaise is hosted at Clever Cloud (Clever Cloud Website), a world-class hosting provider. For more information on their servers and security, please see Clever Cloud documentation.
All of your data is transmitted over HTTPS; however, as of now we don't encrypt any of the information when storing. Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd has a strict policy in place to limit the production database access. It is possible to access production database only when requested by a customer/prospect who is evaluating.
Disclosure
UpRaise may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas when a user’s actions may violate the Terms of Service.

Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd also offers a suite of Jira addons under the brand name UpRaise. This privacy policy document is only applicable to the UpRaise for Employee Success addon for Atlassian's project management tool Jira.
