Workflows for survey base template

Workflows are useful in controlling the flow & status transitions of the distributed templates. They allow you to manage how the distributed template will move forward in the review process. 

Below listed are types of workflows for performance review type template

  • Assign to UpRaise admin

  • Assign to reviewer's manager

Assign to UpRaise admin

Refer following steps to understand the workflow:

  • The survey template with this workflow will be distributed by Employee Success admin or super admin.

  • The reviewer will receive an email notification about the review form distribution.

  • The reviewer will open the form and respond to the questionnaire, if needed, he can save it as draft and share it later. 

  • Once the reviewer is done with his responses, he will mark it as complete.

  • Now, this form will be assigned to Employee Success admin/super admin(who has distributed the form).

Different statuses used In this Workflow

  • Not started: Once the form is distributed and no action is taken by reviewer.

  • In progress: When the reviewer has saved responses as a draft.

  • Completed: When the reviewer is done with his responses and clicks on Complete option.

  • Reopened: When admin or super admin reopens form for some reason.

Refer following steps to understand the workflow

  • The survey template with this workflow will be distributed by Employee Success admin or super admin.

  • The reviewer will receive an email notification about the form distribution. 

  • The reviewer will open the form and respond to the questionnaire. If needed, he can save it as draft and share it later. 

  • When reviewer shares the form with his manager, the manager receives email notification and manager checks responses given by reviewer. 

  • If all responses are acceptable, reviewer's manager will mark it as complete else reopen the form.

  • If reopened, the same flow & status transitions will continue from the beginning.

Different statuses used in this workflow

  • Not started: Once the form is distributed and no action is taken by reviewer.

  • In progress: When the reviewer has saved responses as a draft.

  • Pending approval: When reviewer has responded and shared form with his/her manager.

  • Reopened: When the manager receives form responded by reviewer and reopens for some reason.

  • Completed: When the reviewer's manager is done reviewing and clicks on complete option.
