OKR progress charts

UpRaise provides four distinct perspectives within its OKR progress chart report, suitable for all levels of objectives. Upon accessing these charts for company-level objectives, users can view a comprehensive representation of all company-wide OKRs. Utilizing filters, one can narrow down the chart based on objective statuses and cycles. Similarly, when accessing the same chart for individual or team-level objectives, users can observe progress charts tailored to individual users or teams, showcasing their respective OKRs advancement.

Current progress

As the name suggests, its all about the current progress of each objective at the selected objective level. Depending on the filters you have used, system shows you the bar chart of objectives with the current progress. 

Name of the objective levels may differ based on your app configurations.

Company level OKRs progress chart 

Progress chart at the company level shows you the progress of each company-level objective.  Mouse over on progress bar to see details of the objective. You can also filter objectives with different statuses.


Team level OKRs progress chart 

Progress chart at team level shows you the progress of each team's objective progress. Mouse over to see details of the objective. You can also make use of filter options like teams and objective cycle for more specific progress data. 

Individual level OKRs progress chart 

Progress chart at individual level shows you the progress of each individual's objective progress. Mouse over to see details of the objective. You can also make use of filter options like owners and objective cycle for more specific progress data. 

A few quick facts about the current progress report 

  • When you mouse over on the progress bars, you will see objective information like -

    • Objective title

    • Objective owner's name

    • Objective due date

    • Objective progress

    • Confidence status

    • Objective status 

  • Color coding of the progress bars is done as below 

    • Green - Objective is 'on track'

    • Yellow - Objective is 'lagging behind'

    • Red - Objective in 'at risk'

    • Blue - Objective is in ready for grading, closed or abandoned as the confidence statuses are not applicable to objectives in these three statuses.

Progress over time - week over week

In this view, you can pull up reports to check week over week progress of objectives at each level.  Depending on the filters you have used, system shows you the graph on week over week progress of each objective. The x-axis shows the number of weeks passed, Y-axis shows the progress of objective.

Company level OKRs progress chart 

As shown in the image below, each graph shows the progress of an objective every week. If there is a progress update in a week, it is marked with a point, depending on the progress percentage changes the graph keeps taking those curves. On mouse over, every week's progress is shown with details like - objective title, week, start and end dates of the week & current objective progress on each point (curve). 

Team level OKRs progress chart

Progress chart at team level shows teamwise weekly progress of each objective. Mouse over to see details of the objective like - objective title, week, start and end dates of the week & current objective progress on each point (curve). You can also make use of filter options like teams and objective cycle for more specific progress data. If there is a progress update in a week, it is marked with a point, depending on the progress percentage changes the graph keeps taking those curves. 

Individual level OKRs progress chart

Progress chart at individual level shows the user-wise weekly progress of each objective. Mouse over to see details of the objective like - objective title, week, start and end dates of the week & current objective progress on each point (curve). You can also make use of filter options like teams and objective cycle for more specific progress data. If there is a progress update in a week, it is marked with a point, depending on the progress percentage changes the graph keeps taking those curves. 

 A few quick facts about progress over time - week over week

  • Number of weeks and the latest progress updates on the graph are varied depending on the following situations - 

    • The first week on the progress chart is added as per the oldest start date of an objective.

    • The latest week on the chart is shown in the progress chart according to the nearest due date of the objective. 

      • If there are a few objectives on the chart that are in closed, carried forward, or abandoned status then farthest due date among them is considered as for the latest week on the chart. This is because due of objectives in these statuses are in past. 

      • If objectives are only in ready, in progress, and scheduled statuses, then the current date is considered to add the latest week on the chart. This is because objectives in the mentioned statuses will have their due dates in future.

Using Unit filter in OKR progress charts

If you have https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UPFJ/pages/3909451889 feature enabled, you will also see a filter for Units on the OKR progress charts.

When you are using Units filter in any type of view, the charts are displayed based on the OKRs for teams or individuals those who below the selected unit. You can select one or more units.

When team or individual level OKR level filters are selected, team or owner filters will populate respectively. This allows you to look at the progress chart based on selected teams/individual OKR’s progress for the given unit/s.
