Direct URLs for inner tabs

• Refreshing/reloading from any inner tabs of the main UpRaise pages used to take users on company directory >> users page. Now, this is fixed with direct mapping of URLs.

Performance issue on OKR listing page is now fixed

Status was not getting checked in Contributes to/Contributes from drop-down when adding alignments, now fixed. 

Grades vanish when remarks are added to KRs or on the objective, is now fixed

In manage section of OKR, labels were taking more time to load, fixed. 

Issue fixed for unpredictable behavior when admin tries to request leave on someone else's behalf. 

As an admin/super admin, it is now possible to export leaves & adjustments in an excel

A newly introduced setting now allows you to configure each leave type so that its balance cannot go negative

It is now possible to attach files on leave requests

Owner filter was not working, that is now fixed

Some file types were not downloaded from the OKR attachments
