UpRaise Two dimensional statistics gadget

Background

This gadget allows you to visualize UpRaise data through two-dimensional tables. You have the freedom to select the data source (OKR views) and customize it with the X and Y axes as needed. It is particularly useful for obtaining insights into the quantity of Objectives/KRs across various statistical data categories.

Examples

Objective stats

For example, you want to analyze the number of Objectives within different objective statuses -

KR stats

You want to generate stats for KRs based on how many KRs are owned by different users for different types of KRs.

Jira issues & JQL key results will not be considered since 'Owner' does not apply to them.

Fields

When you click on Add gadget and select this two-dimensional gadget, update the below fields -

  • Name - Name of gadget based on what stats you are showing

  • Description - Description about the gadget. Eg. what data it shows up, what is the purpose, etc.

  • Module - By default OKRs is selected

  • Category - You can select Objectives/KRs based on what category you want to generate the stats

  • Filter/Views - Select relevant OKR View

  • X axis and Y axis - Select the relevant Statistic type from the dropdown

  • Sort direction - Define the sorting you want

  • Number of results - Max result up to 100 is possible
