How to change UpRaise roles?

Only UpRaise admin or super admin can change user roles from company directory >> users tab. Just click on edit in front of each user's record, click on role field in edit user pop up and select the desired role from the drop-down and click on update. Updated user will get an email notification about their role change.


  • UpRaise admin can not downgrade super admin’s role to admin or user.
  • UpRaise admin can not make himself a super admin if one super admin already exists in the system. That can only be done by the super admin
