Objective cycle status & compliance report

Objective cycle status & compliance report can be viewed from reports in the main menu. As of now, reports are only visible to UpRaise admin/super admin. Content of this report will help administrators gauge overall progress & compliance of OKRs within the objective cycle. 

How to select an objective cycle to create this report

On Objective cycle status & compliance report, click on the objective cycle selector & select the relevant objective cycle from the drop-down.



  • Once you select any objective cycle, displayed is the status & compliance report of the selected objective cycle.

  1. Objective Cycle selector to select a specific objective cycle. 

  2. Start date, due date and current status of the selected objective cycle. 
  3. This displays color-coding of objective cycle statuses. This is used to show data within all graphs of the report. 
  4. Graph based on objective cycle statuses. Mouse over on each color to see the number of objectives in that objective cycle status. 
  5. List of number of objectives and KRs in all the objective cycle statuses
  6. Compliance details of each level of objectives.

What details you can find in numbers within the compliance section?

Company level OKRs compliance gadget 

  • Contributing -
    • This section shows what % of objectives in selected objective cycle are contributing to other company level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check the alignment factor. Lower it is, lesser is the alignment from team to company goals. Aim for 80% or above.
  • Receive contribution -
    • What % of objectives in selected objective cycle are receiving contribution from other same or lower level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check alignment between team & individual goals. Higher this number, better it is

Team level OKRs compliance gadget 

  •  Average per team -
    • It shows the average number of team objectives for teams within selected objective cycle. Depending on whether the average is within the ideal range or not, the number is displayed in green or red. The ideal range here is 2-5. 
  • No Individual objectives - 
    • This section shows the number of teams who do not have any team objective within selected objective cycle. Lower this number, better it is.
  • Contributing -
    • This section shows what % of team objectives in selected objective cycle are contributing to other higher or same level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check the alignment factor. Lower it is, lesser is the alignment from team to company goals. Aim for 80% or above.
  • Receive contribution -
    • What % of team objectives in selected objective cycle are receiving contribution from other same or lower level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check alignment between team & individual goals. Higher this number, better it is

 Individual level OKRs compliance gadget

  •  Average per user -
    • It shows an average number of individual objectives for users who own objective/s in selected objective cycle.
  • No Individual objectives
    • This section shows total number of users who do not own any individual objective/s within selected objective cycle.
  • Contributing -
    • This section shows what % of individual objectives in this cycle are contributing to other higher or same level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check alignment between team & individual goals. Higher this number, better it is.
  • Receive contribution - 
    • This section shows what % of individual objectives in this cycle are receiving contribution from other individual level objectives.
