You are navigated to the objective details page when you click on an objective title. This objective details page has almost the same content for all levels of objectives, apart from a few minor differences.
The top section of the page
Let us see all sections of objective detail page one by one. Refer the screenshot below. All examples are from the above image.
C indicates the company level of this objective with a relevant icon.
Then July to September 2019 is the objective cycle. OBJ-1933 is the objective id.
Increase the number of stores by 30% is the title of the objective.
This percentage (41.01%)
is total progress percentage thatis total progress percentage that is derived from KRs and objective alignments of this objective or from the direct punch in updates. Yellow color of progress % is reflected depending on the confidence status settings.
Lagging
isis the confidence status generated by the system/shown based on confidence status/scores of KRs. This status keeps changing according to progress updates & confidence score updates.
There are two more confidence statuses in
Employee SuccessUpRaise depending on your confidence status settings. Read Confidence score/status configurations for more details.
Clicking
on editon edit option gives a popup that you have seen while creating the same objective. You can make necessary changes and save it.
Comment option allows you to add a comment on anything related to the objective.
Punch In
optionoption is available only when you do not have any KR or alignment in an objective. You can click on punch-in to mark the progress manually with relevant comments and progress percentage and confidence score (if applicable).
Clicking
on moreon more option gives two drop-down option to abandon, delete, move,
cloneclone & convert objective.
The description is self-explanatory, these are relevant details, notes or instructions related to the objective mentioned by the creator while creating an objective.
Key results section
This section allows users to manage key results and their relevant attributes.
Before add new button, you can see filter options to for KR section. Read Filters for KR section for more details.
Add
NewNew option allows users to add new key results. Clicking on add new opens up a pop of KR types. You will see three or two types of KRs on this pop-up depending on KR settings made by admins. Read How to manage key result configurations?.
Checkbox
iconicon states it's a ToDo type key result.
Key icon states it's a Metric type key results.

Jira issue/epic Icon
statesstates it's a Jira Issue type key result.
W stands for weightage of KR. Weightage
decidesdecides the impact of key result progress on the parent objective.
A stands for actions, it shows number Jira issues/epics added as actions(if any). Read Jira issues/epics as KRs or Jira issues/epics as actions?
Progress bar (highlighted in red) in the
image above showsimage above shows the progress made on key result. Each type of KR has it's own progress bar.
Information highlighted in gray is the confidence status and confidence score of the KR.
Numbers in 2nd key result are - original, current & target values respectively(highlighted in green).
To Do and Done
statusesstatuses (highlighted in blue) are updated as per the progress of JIRA Issue's and Epic's progress from JIRA. Read How does the progress calculation of Jira issues and epics works?
Action button (...) highlighted in yellow allows you to take action of KR like edit, delete, move.
Alignment Section
Alignment section allows users to align or link objectives with different levels of objectives to roll up the progress from other objectives.
Receives contribution
fromfrom is the first type of alignment. It allows you to create an alignment to receive progress contribution from other objectives.
Contributes
toto is the second type of alignment. It allows you to create an alignment with other objectives to contribute progress to objectives.
W stands for Weightage of aligned objective that decides the impact of progress contribution towards the other objective.
With delete icon you can delete the alignment.
Attachments Section
- This section allows you to attach files with OKRs.
- You can attach different file types like .png, .jpeg, pdf, xls, etc.
Image Removed
Activity Section
This section helps you to track all activities and comments of the objectives.
Comments tab allows you to add comments and tag different users by using at sign(@).
Feedback tab shows all the feedback (given/received on the objective)
History tab shows up all the changes to the objective in its lifetime.
At the moment you cannot see the grades tab in this objective details page. However, once the objective is graded grades tab would appear in the activity section that shows all grades & remarks on the objective.
A few sections in the right side of the page
On the right side of the objective detail page, you will see a few small sections with different types of minute details about the objective. Let us discuss these sections one by one.Image Removed
At the top right corner of this page, you will see details about the
levellevel of objective
andand the name of the objective owner.
- How many days
How many days till the due date is reached.
Last punch in date of the objective.
Few important things
like Statuslike Status of objective, who all
are watchingare watching this objective,
DueDue Date
ofof objective, labels
andand objective sharing/visibility. If it's shared with a few individual user/s or team/s then it gives the list those user & team name/s.
Alignments section shows the list of objectives aligned.
Objective Progress
sectionsection shows you the ideal progress and actual progress.
In other details section, you can find details like this objective
is created by whom, whois created by whom, who updated it last,
when itwhen it was created, and when it
waswas last updated and last punched in.
