When your JIRA issue is in its final state & still the progress is not 100%, it means the progress of a JIRA issue in UpRaise is dependent on the ‘resolution’ field.
In the image below you can see, this issue has the resolution set to done within JIRA.
The same issue shows up its progress as 100%
Whereas in the next image....(Please explain)
OR (Please remove irrelevant image)
And the progress within UpRaise will also show up as 0%
Whenever you see the progress not updated even the JIRA issue is at its final state then just check resolution field. If it's not set as done refer this link to know more about 'how to set resolution field from the workflow'.
