How to comment or vote on roadmap portal?

Intro

Service desk agents & customers can add comments & votes on the cards displayed on the roadmap portal. To be precise, following actions are available -

Add comment	From customer portal	From customer portal From within JSD → Roadmap portal From Jira new issue view → Glance panel
Edit comment	From customer portal can edit only own comment	From customer portal From within JSD → Roadmap portal From Jira new issue view → Glance panel can edit only own comment
Delete comment	From customer portal can delete only own comment	From customer portal From within JSD → Roadmap portal From Jira new issue view → Glance panel can delete only own comment
Add vote	From customer portal	From customer portal From within JSD → Roadmap portal From Jira new issue view → Glance panel
Remove vote	From customer portal can remove only own vote	From customer portal From within JSD → Roadmap portal From Jira new issue view → Glance panel can remove only own vote

Only logged in users are allowed to vote/comment. Anonymous voting/commenting is currently not supported.

Customer portal

Once logged in customers/agents can add new comments, edit/delete their own comments, add or remove votes on existing cards.

JSD → Roadmap portal

JSD agents can access the similar roadmap view from within Jira service desk project. They can add new comments, edit/delete their own comments, add or remove votes on existing cards.

Jira new issue view → Glance panel

Similar to the JSD → Roadmap portal, agents can directly add/edit/delete comments/votes from the glance panel available within Jira new issue view.
