How to use Planning view?

On planning view you can easily drag n drop issues from one release to another and plan the release. By default, it shows four Unreleased versions in ascending order of the sequence number (version creation sequence).

You can use add releases option to add any releases of your choice for planning.

On each card it shows Issue key, summary, type, priority, assignee, and issue status. Clicking on details shows up the basic release details.

You can also create new versions or sync them with Jira.
