What is my profile/user profile page?

From left navigation click on 👤 (My profile). My profile page displays personal and professional records associated with a logged in user. My profile will have all the data available according to profile sections, attributes. However, the data will be visible & editable according to Roles and permissions settings done by admins. The user profile page is displayed when you click on the name of any other UpRaise user. Personal and professional records associated with the user is displayed and have all the data available according to profile sections, attributes. Following are the different tabs on my profile page User profile History Worklog Objectives & Key results Feedback Forms Notifications Refer below screenshot for My profile/User profile In the above image, you can notice some basic information at the top. Username & profile picture (replicated from Jira user profile), designation as per UpRaise company directory. Below this basic information, you can see a few sections with a lot of information about the user. In the above image, the default section (highlighted) shows information that is related to the default user attributes of the app. This section shows below default user attribute related information of the user. User status - Active/Inactive/Deleted UpRaise role - User/User with company OKRs permission/Admin/Super admin/No access Designation - Relevant designation of the user Manager - Reporting manager’s name Teams - One or more team names that user belongs to Leave policy - Leave policy user is currently enrolled in Holiday scheme - Holiday scheme user is currently enrolled in Workweek scheme - Workweek scheme user is currently enrolled in Direct reports - List direct report’s name/s As shown in the image above, all the other sections (non-highlighted) are added by admin/super admins by their choice. Yes, UpRaise app allows admins to create their own sections and decide the visibility and editing access as needed. This gives complete flexibility over display of employee records. Read Manage Profile sections and Profile attributes. Ability to have a customizable section allows admins to have information in place according to your organizational needs. Default section - When admin wants to edit this default information, that can be managed from company directory. Editing customized sections - As shown in the image above, if you see a pencil icon in section, then you can edit your profile attributes. If there is no edit icon means admin does not allow you to edit your profile sections. Admin can grant permissions to edit profile attributes to different users, eg. user himself, user's manager, indirect manager, admins, and super admins or all of them together. Contact your admin to get access to edit your profile attributes. History tab shows you all the history of changes made in profile attributes like designation, manager, teams, UpRaise role, User status. You can notice in the image below, all the entries of profile attribute changes are recorded in this tab. Entries are recorded along with the username who made changes, the field name where are changes are done and the timestamp of when the change was made. You can also see two columns original value & new value that shows the actual change that was made. In a few entries in below image, original value column is blank because that field was empty. This tab is to show the worklog of the user from Tempo if the tempo integration with UpRaise is in place. Worklog tab is available only for the logged in user as their own worklog. Clicking on each block will open details of the worklog for that date. Within this tab logged in user can see his own active, schedule and past objectives. When you access someone else's user profile, you can also see that user's active, schedule and past objectives only if they are visible to you. This tab shows own received and given feedback. When you access someone else's user profile, you can also see that user's received and given feedback only if they are visible to you/you have permission to view user profiles. This tab lists all the forms associated with the user. This is logged in users own email notification setup. They can define what all email notifications you want to receive for different action in each module of UpRaise. My Profile
