Accessing roadmap portal details within JSD tickets

Background

There are three ways to access Roadmap portal for a JSM admin/agent.

  • From the customer-facing portal, using the login link.

  • From individual JSM ticket’s glance view panel.

Note that this panel is accessible only from the new issue view.
