Introduction to Enriched Profiles

Enriched Profiles is an app developed for Jira Service Management. It enhances the customer support capabilities of support agents by providing them with more information about ticket reporter & their organization. This additional information surfaced by the app can be used by agents to engage with customers in contextual & personalized conversations.

Once installed by Jira admin, each service project administrator can enable/disable this app on their project.
