How does Screenjar app work with Jira?

Atlassian's Jira is one of the best tools in the industry, especially for software development teams. Jira service management is used by ITSM and external support teams extensively.

Screenjar is our independent SaaS application that lets you generate unique links and request screen recordings from other users. As an app for Jira, we have integrated the SaaS app’s backend so that Jira app users don’t have to do user management.

No special configurations are needed to use the Screenjar app for Jira. Once the app is installed, everyone who has access to a Jira issue can use the app from that issue details page. This app also makes it possible for your JSM customers to record their screen right out of their browser & attach the recording/annotated screenshot to the JSM ticket from the customer portal.
