Review forms

Review forms are the consolidated set of questions that can be distributed to gather responses. Basically, templates & distributions can be collectively referred to as review forms.

Templates

These are the customized set of questions that you can use to conduct performance reviews, surveys, gather opinions of people/groups on specific thing, etc.

In UpRaise there are four types of templates, each of them has a different purpose, use & workflow. Read Workflows

Distributions

Distribution is the next step of template. Once template is sent across teams/groups, system creates a separate distribution that can be responded by users to whom it has been sent.

Workflows

Workflows are to define the transition of the template that has been distributed. UpRaise has separate inbuilt workflow/s for each base template. Workflows make sure that each distributed template is sent across to the right person in right step.
