Workweek Schemes
Introduction
Workweek scheme function allows you to define the total number of hours & days worked in a week. You can define separate Workweek schemes for teams that are geographically dispersed or have a different number of working hours.
Use cases
Employees working at different locations. Eg. teams in Dubai work Sunday to Thursday and teams at all other locations work on normal weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday.
A few teams at one location are working in different shifts.
A few teams work part-time.
These and many such use cases can be handled by defining Workweek schemes in the UpRaise.

A default Workweek is already added at the time of installation, which applies to every new user you add to the instance (Of course, you can delete or edit this leave policy).

In this section, set working hours and working days.
Employees
This section enables you to add or remove employees from the Workweek. Depending on the nature of the Workweek, you can add a different set of users to Workweek.
One employee can be enrolled in only one Workweek at a given point in time. If an employee is already enrolled in one Workweek and you enroll them again in another Workweek, they will be automatically removed from the previous Workweek.
You can also mark a Workweek as default, so whenever any new employee is added to the company directory - they are enrolled into the default Workweek automatically.
If you do not want to enroll users here, you can edit it from individual user profiles by updating their workweek scheme attribute in default section of user profile.
Edit or delete workweek scheme
Clicking on any leave policy opens the edit mode, you can change anything and update it. You can also click on Actions (…) and find options to Edit and Delete.
