Introduction

Enriched Profiles is a tool developed for Jira Service Desk. It enhances the customer support capabilities of service desk agents by providing them with more information about ticket reporter & their organisation. This additional information surfaced by the app can be used by service desk agents to engage with customers in contextual & personalised conversations.

Once installed by Jira admin, each service desk project administrator can enable/disable this app on their project.
