Intro

Service desk agents & customers can add comments & votes on the cards displayed on the roadmap portal. To be precise, following actions are available -

Susbscribe/ Unsusbscribe

Along with logged in users, anonymous vote/comments are also allowed and can be configured from Votes and comments section under Configuration tab of Basic settings.

Customer portal

Once logged in customers/agents can add new comments, edit/delete their own comments, and add or remove votes on existing cards for own or on behalf of others.

Jira new issue view → Glance panel

Similar to the JSD → Roadmap portal, agents can execute the above actions from glance panel available within Jira new issue view.
