Date format
Background
This article is only applicable to the cloud version of ARNR app.
For server & data center versions, the date format is available from the Jira APIs. But that is not possible for the cloud version of Jira. Thus user input is needed to store the date format.
How to
As Jira admin, navigate to the Jira settings () Marketplace Apps menu >> In the left navigation pane click on Automated Release Notes & Reports >> Date format tab.
Here admin can manage settings in the following way -
Default time zone - Admin can select a time zone. Date & time-related variables in the ARNR templates will be replaced with actual values based on this.
Date format - Default date format which will be used by date & time variables in the ARNR templates.
Complete date format - Complete date format which includes date & time. This will be used by date & time variables such as [timeStamp].
