Using macros in Confluence templates

Background

Confluence allows special type of content & formatting via macros. ARNR makes it possible to insert some of such macros in the templates & then publish them onto a Confluence page when the automation rule is executed.

If you notice the below image, in ARNR Confluence template you will have an option called Add Macros. Clicking on Add Macros displays the list of macros supported.

Date

Users can select a date from the date picker or a date variable from the drop-down. This feature allows the creative use of ARNR date variables within other macros such as the page properties and the expand macro.
