Reports tab on the Roadmap portal app provides a report for the different boards. Below are the filters one can use to get the specific report.

1 - Date

Date filter has a dropdown with different durations like this year, This month, This week, or Custom to select a custom range. Based on selected range report is updated. For the selected range, system displays a graph for votes and comments.

2 - Boards

Select one or more boards to generate the board-specific reports.

Roadmap portal - Trending issues

3 - Trending by

The list of issues is displayed that is trending by Votes or Comments. With this filter, a report is displayed based on the count of votes/comments different issues from selected boards in the selected date range.

Roadmap portal - Active users

4 - Active by

This filter shows the users that are actively adding votes/comments to the selected boards. It shows the list of users, boards they are actively contributing to with their votes/comments and the number of votes or comments.

This reports helps products teams to take up the most trending issues on the board or connect with most active users to gather their feedback, understand their thoughts on the issues they have been commenting or voting on. This creates a good opportunity to plan roadmap and connect with active users.
