Accessing roadmap portal details within JSD tickets

Background

There are three ways to access Roadmap portal for a JSD admin/agent.

  • From the customer facing portal, using the login link.

  • From individual JSD ticket’s glance view panel.

From individual JSD ticket’s glance view panel

Within the JSD ticket, click on the ‘Roadmap portal’ glance view panel.

Note that this panel is accessible only from the new issue view.
