If you use Embedder for confluence app on your confluence instance then, you can embed an inline widget from embedder on the roadmap portal. This way you can showcase knowledge base from confluence on the roadmap portal.

Follow these simple steps to embed a widget from Embedder for confluence on the roadmap portal.

Copy client id and widget id

• Go to confluence and navigate to space settings -->integrations → Embedder for confluence

• Select the widget you want to embed and click on edit icon

• On widget settings page navigate to Inline embed JavaScript code

• Go to roadmap portal app within your Jira service management project.

• Click on edit board settings for the required board.

• Navigate to confluence documentation tab on the board settings page.

  • Enable confluence documentation tab

  • Add title to your documentation tab

  • Once widget details are validated successfully, save the form
