Since there are some to limitations of Jira rest APIs, that is why UpRaise cannot sync the date/time formats configured in Jira here. You can configure these settings here to show date/time in the preferred format in UpRaise, till we can automatically pull these settings from Jira.

Please make sure that you have saved date/time format syntax as shown in the image below.
