Confluence integration
Connecting Confluence & UpRaise
Navigate to ‘Settings’ >> 'Integrations'. On ‘Integrations' tab, click on 'Copy’ icon to token.
Navigate to ‘Settings’ on your Confluence instance. (You should have admin access to Confluence to manage these settings).
Click on 'Configure UpRaise Confluence'
Paste the token that was copied from UpRaise & click on 'Save'
In order to have this setting, UpRaise connector for Confluence must be installed.
Disconnecting Confluence & UpRaise
Since Confluence macro can be used via Confluence apps. If you wish to disconnect this integration, you can just uninstall the app from your Confluence instance.
