Hierarchy view page is a visual of all your alignments at one place. This page contains two views.

  • Hierarchy view

  • Explorer view

By using different filters on the page, one can view alignments with only objectives or with all types of KRs & actions associated with aligned objectives.

Since UpRaise supports only objective to objective alignment, at the top level it can only be objective from any level depending on your objective alignments.

Hierarchy view

As you can see in above image, company objective 1 receives contribution from company objective 3. Company objective 3 receives contribution from Company objective 2 & Team objective 1. You can align N number of objectives.

Explorer view

Similar alignment set up is shown in explorer view.
