How to I modify sharing or delete given feedback of any UpRaise People user?

UpRaise Super admin/s or users with some specific custom UpRaise roles can modify visibility of the given feedback or delete feedback received by any UpRaise user.

As the super admins have 'God like view' to UpRaise they can view all the feedback and modify visibility or delete them. In case of users with other custom UpRaise roles, it depends on the roles and permission set up to view, edit and delete access.

Modify feedback visibility or delete feedback

  • With relevant permission as mentioned above, users can modify feedback visibility /delete feedback from the places listed below -

  • Feedback tab >> shared section to modify sharing of another user's feedback OR 

  • Feedback tab >> received section to modify sharing of own feedback.

  • User profile >> Continuous feedback tab

  • Issue detail page >> Feedback section in Upraise glance view. 

  • Objective/KR details page >> Feedback tab

Steps

  • As shown in the image below, click on the visibility option, select the new relevant visibility settings
    and Save.

    • After modifying the feedback visibility, this action is recorded as comment which is system gernerated.

  • In case of Delete, click on X and confirm the action.

    • This action will delete the feedback permanently from UpRaise, including all of its comments.
